Bryan Ventrone

Brothers and Sisters,

My name is Bryan Ventrone, and I am asking for your support for election as District Committee Representative for District 2B, representing Chassis 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Stores, DVT, Reprocess, and Final 4 & 5. I have been a proud UAW member since August 25, 1997, and have dedicated 29 years of service, including 20 years at Flint Assembly and 9 years at SMCO.

Union values have always been an important part of my life, both on and off the job.

During my career, I've built valuable experience as a New Process Trainer, Alternate Safety Representative, and served three years as a third string committee representative in district 1A. Additionally, I've completed courses in Grievance Handling, Labor Law and Labor Arbitration, equipping me to effectively advocate for and support our members.

The issues I care most about on the shop floor are fairness, accountability, and making sure every member is treated with respect. I believe in being straightforward, honest, and standing up for what is right, while ensuring the contract is followed and enforced.

Outside of work, I enjoy baseball, spending time with my kids and grandkids, traveling, visiting different ballparks, cooking, working out, and spending time with my partner.

I believe strong representation starts with honesty, experience, and a willingness to stand up for the membership. If elected, I will work hard to continue to represent District 2B with integrity, accountability, and dedication.
