Randy Frost

Brothers and Sisters,

My name is Randy Frost, and I am asking for your support for election as Alternate Committee for District 4B, representing Pre-Trim 1 & 2, Trim 1–4, and Quality. I have been a proud UAW member since November 2011 and have dedicated 13 years of service at Flint Assembly.

Union values run deep in my family. My father retired from Flint Assembly, and I am proud to continue that legacy of hard work, solidarity, and standing up for what is right.

I have served our membership in multiple roles, including Alternate Committee for 3 years, District Representative for 3 years, and Sergeant-at-Arms for 3 years. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of our contract, our processes, and the importance of being present and responsive to members’ needs.

One of the issues I care about most is protecting family time. Our members work hard every day, and they deserve a fair balance between work and home life.

As an avid outdoorsman, I thoroughly enjoy outdoor activities and value spending time with my family.

If elected, I will serve District 4B with dedication, fairness, and respect, working to ensure every member’s voice is heard and every member is treated with dignity.
