Stephanie Farrell

Brothers and Sisters,

My name is Stephanie Farrell, and I am proud to run for reelection as 3rd Shift Alternate Committee Representative for Material, Salvage and Skilled Trades.

I have been a dedicated UAW member since 2005, with a General Motors adjusted seniority date of 2010. As a proud third-generation UAW member, I come from a strong union family and understand the importance of solidarity, standing together, and looking out for one another on the shop floor.

Those values extend beyond the workplace. I share a close bond with my mom, and together we take pride in supporting the UAW and giving back to our community. We also share a love for animals, volunteering each year at our local shelter to collect blankets and supplies for animals in need.

As your current Alternate Committee Person, I have worked hard to be a strong, dependable voice — listening to members, communicating clearly, and standing firm in protecting our rights, working conditions, and dignity on the job. I believe every member deserves fair representation, respect, and to be heard.
