Todd "Biebs" Bieber

Brothers and Sisters,

My name is Todd “Biebs” Bieber, and I am asking for your support for election as Alternate Committee for District 4A, representing Trim North, Pre-Trim 1 & 2, Trim 1–4, and Quality. I have been a proud UAW member since July 2011 and have dedicated 15 years to Flint Assembly. I am a third-generation UAW member, raised in a union family where the values of solidarity, hard work, and standing together were instilled from an early age.

Over the past year and a half, I have had the honor of serving as an Alternate, gaining firsthand experience representing members and addressing workplace concerns. I understand the daily challenges facing members in our area and am committed to ensuring every worker is treated fairly and with respect.

I have completed GMS Global Training, as well as Bargaining Boot Camp and Contract Enforcement Boot Camp at the Walter and May Reuther UAW Family Education Center at Black Lake. These trainings have strengthened my ability to advocate for members, enforce the contract, and promote a safe work environment.

Safety on the job is my top priority. Every member deserves to go home in the same condition as they arrived — safe, healthy, and respected. Coworkers describe me as easy to talk to with a good personality, and I believe being approachable is essential for effective representation.

Outside the plant, I am actively involved in the community. I have served on the Flint Bowling Board of Directors, coached youth bowling, coached at the high school level, and supported multiple charitable organizations.

I believe our union is strongest when we stand united. If elected, I will serve District 4A with honesty, accountability, and dedication, working to ensure every member’s voice is heard and every member is treated fairly.
