Twanna Q. Coleman

Hello, my fellow brothers and sisters, my name is Twanna Q Coleman, and I am a proud member in good standing, working in the Trim department on 3rd shift. As a third-generation UAW member, union values aren't just something I believe in; they are a part of who I am.

I have the honor of serving our local in several roles, beginning with the Union Label Committee. In this role, we educate both members and the public about the importance of purchasing union-made goods and services produced by fellow union members under fair working conditions.

Additionally, I am the co-chair of the local Diversity Committee, where we work to eliminate discrimination while celebrating all ethnicities in the workplace. We provide guidance to members about their rights and outline the steps they should take if those rights are violated.

I believe in doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. Guided by honesty and integrity, I approach every opportunity with dedication and a strong commitment to excellence.

I am running for reelection to continue serving as your guide. If reelected, my commitment is simple: to work hard, lead with respect, and stay dedicated to making a real positive difference while bringing our membership back together in unity and solidarity.
